Accident at work £150,000 compensation for client who fell from height

IMD Solicitors obtained a settlement of £150,000 for our client who suffered injuries as a result of accident at work.

Our client fell from a height of approximately 5 metres suffering multiple fractures to his spine. We were able to prove that the employer failed to provide adequate health and safety barriers and safe working conditions thus causing our client’s accident. Our client recovered remarkably quickly following his accident and returned to Poland following receipt of his compensation.
