IMD secures settlement of £100,000 for our client who was hit by a car whilst crossing a road at night
Our client was crossing a road with his friends when he was hit by the Defendant’s vehicle. The Defendant failed to stop immediately after the accident draggig our client for several meters under his vehicle.
As a result our client suffered significant head and brain injury.
The matter was very difficult with Defendant strongly suggesting that our client was significantly to blame for the accident.
Despite the above our specialist team of solicitors was able to obtain £100,000 for the client.
