Maciej Dadynski

Maciej Dadynski has been dedicated to criminal defence since 2013, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016. In 2017, he attained Higher Rights of Audience, enabling him to represent clients before all criminal courts in England and Wales.

A confident and accomplished advocate, Maciej has extensive experience in defending a wide range of allegations, from minor offences to the most serious crimes. He is regularly instructed to represent clients at police stations, magistrates’ courts, and crown courts across the country, offering expert legal representation on a privately funded basis.

Maciej is highly regarded for his direct, professional, and sensitive approach to legal advocacy. Understanding the profound impact that criminal proceedings can have on his clients, he prioritises their individual needs and ensures their interests are rigorously defended at every stage of the process.

Maciej also specialises in pre-charge work, providing full and comprehensive support throughout often lengthy police investigations. He is experienced in making detailed and robust pre-charge representations, working proactively to challenge allegations and influence charging decisions before formal proceedings commence.

In addition, Maciej has a proven track record in defending complex cases involving serious and organised crime, including conspiracy to supply drugs, attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, firearms offences, money laundering, fraud, and sexual offences. His meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach have consistently delivered positive outcomes for his clients in some of the most demanding legal cases.

Passion Outside of Law

‘Outside the courtroom, you’ll find me in the gym, running through the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, or scouring the beaches looking for fossils. When I’m not working or exploring, I’m passionate about staying active, discovering hidden gems in nature, and enjoying the simple things’.
