Patrycja is a key member of the First Response Team.
Fluent in both English and Polish, Patrycja is one of IMD Solicitors’ first ports of call for client-facing communications and translations, assisting daily with enquiries, statements, and follow-ups that keep operations running smoothly.
Joining IMD Solicitors in 2023, Patrycja brought with her five years of experience delivering customer service excellence at Santander Bank.
This, together with her bilingual skills, helps foster a sense of integrity, security, and respect with IMD Solicitors’ clients; something Patrycja values highly herself.
Patrycja says her favourite part of her job is hearing clients’ voices lighten when she’s able to reassure them at first contact with the company and seeing the positive impact IMD Solicitors has on peoples’ lives — clients and team members because, she says, working here feels like being part of a family.
