Whether the accident occurred at work or on 3rd party premises or in the street and whether the injury is serious with long term consequences , such as brain injury, or a lesser injury with full recovery, Roy’s goal is to fight his clients’ corner against 3rd party insurers for the best possible outcome, with or without going to trial.
